15th Annual Spirit of Freedom Parade

Parade route – south along Fulton Avenue, west on Cottage Way, ending up in the north parking lot in Howe Park. After the parade, there will be festivities, food, entertainment, and parade awards.

Sacramento Independence Day Celebration

Cal Expo annually joins the City and County of Sacramento to produce the largest-scale pyrotechnics display in the area’s history. The Independence Day Celebration is a family oriented collection of activities focused around our Nation’s birthday.
Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.  Arrive early and bring lawn chairs and blankets.
