What happens when a witch doesn’t want to be a witch anymore? Grab your spell book and follow along…we will need a magic kettle, newt’s blood, crocodile ears, and two children, nice and plump. But where does one find a child? Is this the only way to be free of the curse? Mistaken identities and hilarity ensue as we follow one desperate witch’s journey to freedom.
This original adaptation was co-written by B Street Theatre’s Associate Producer, Jerry R. Montoya, and his 11-year old son, Malachi. Revisiting the classic fairytale, the father and son team put a new twist on a classic, seeing the story through the eyes of the witch. This show is recommended for ages 5 and over.
