Portrait Session
Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, holiday photos, or simply some beautiful images to remember “this moment” in your life, the Portrait session includes around 60-90 minutes, on-location, with multiple backdrops and poses, for up-to 5 people.
Family, Maternity, Senior, Engagement
Birth Sessions
Capturing the birth of your child is a special privilege. For the first hours of your child’s life, Michelle becomes the fly on the wall of your birth day, documenting this unforgettable experience in a beautiful, tasteful, and artistic way. Taking the camera out of the hands of your partner or other family member enables them to be fully present and available to you during your labor.
Welcome Home Baby Session
A relaxed, informal, and yet intimate photo session, usually held in your home, to welcome your new child. These sessions last 2-3 hours to allow time to ensure everyone is calm and relaxed.

New Milestone Sessions
One of Michelle’s newest session types is the Milestone Session, designed for children 6 months and up. It’s shorter than the average portrait session (so less bribing required) but focuses on one child at a time.
So often parents opt for the full family session once a year and kids kind of get dragged along for the ride, being forced to smile for the camera, and pose with their parents and siblings. During this experience, that child’s personality gets lost in the hullabaloo. Milestone Sessions celebrate the unique individuality of each child: their favorite toys, their split-second expressions, their “world” as it is right now, in this fleeting moment, as Michelle hangs out with them, no pressure.
Many parents choose a Milestone Session to commemorate a certain birthday or achievement (kindergarten for instance) and bring props or toys that mean something to the child to personalize.
I recommend you head over to Michelle’s blog to see her “Happy 1st Birthday Bradyn” post with the props his mom brought along…the photos of him with a name banner and cake out in the bright green grass are adorable! He was also the first baby Michelle had ever photographed being born and the moments she captured are truly spectacular!
