Runaway Stage Productions Presents…

If your kids are already counting down the days ’till Christmas and would love to see Santa, check this out!

Starting this Saturday, Runaway Stage Productions’ Storybook Theatre is presenting a funny play for families, called The Magic Toy Shop.

Jingle, T Square, Rainbow and Tinker, four very creative toy makers, have built the TM2000 toy machine.  This magical machine makes all kinds of wonderful toys that their boss Mr. C. (Santa) will distribute at Christmas.

Unfortunately, for the toy makers, the evil Mr. Snodgrass, and his sinister assistant “Sidekick”, are determined to destroy the TM2000 before it can be delivered to the North Pole. Will Snodgrass succeed? Join Runaway Stage Productions for this hilarious production as their intrepid toy makers outwit and outsmart their bumbling bad guys and save the day.

*Photo Opportunities with Mr. C (Santa) himself!*

Where: 24th Street Theatre, 2791 24th Street, Sacramento, CA

My love for exploring and creating experiences with my three kids led to the founding of SacramentoSidetracks.com in 2009. I realized that Sacramento has so much to offer and I was excited to share my findings with other parents. Besides simply having fun, these are the other positive side effects of taking my kids on outings that I’ve discovered: we have quality time together away from the distractions at home, we cultivate our curiosity, learn new things, conversations are triggered by what we see and do, we connect and bond as a family, and we create new memories. Ready to get sidetracked, too? Let me be your guide!
