This Saturday night you could be eating, drinking, mingling and swaying to music at Aerospace Museum of California’s Bites & Brews Under the Stars! Start gathering your friends and family members for some quality time in the cool night air amidst a unique backdrop of vintage aircrafts. All ages are invited to the Air Park for this fun-filled night that will close with a dazzling fireworks display!

1 - Beverage Tasting & Voting -
25+ breweries, cideries and wineries
The beverage participants have been finalized with excited fan favorites returning again this year like Fort Rock Brewery and Strad Meadery! Don’t miss your chance to vote for your favorite beverage of the night!
You’ll get to vote for:
Best Beer – which includes beer of any style, sours, and hard seltzers.
Best Beverage (not beer) – which includes wine, cider, mead, kombucha, and distilled spirits.
Each beverage vendor can enter up to 4 of their beverages in a Fan Favorite award from the Aerospace Museum. There will be 2 awards given.
Fort Rock Brewing won the last award with an IPA called City of Trees. They will be back to defend their title of having Fan Favorite Beer.
Strad Meadery won the last award for their Blueberry Mead. They will also be back to defend their title of having Fan Favorite Beverage!
Before the fireworks begin around 8:30, the winners will be announced!

The Air Park is huge and if you haven’t been there yet, it is amazing to walk amongst the giant aircrafts and check them out up close!

Your proceeds will go directly into the museum’s STEM program to send children to Summer Camp next year!
6 - Fireworks
They will be brought to you from the same company that does the fireworks for the Sacramento Rivercats. A spectacular way to end the night!
