A pumpkin patch and carnival all rolled up in one. Dave’s Pumpkin Patch has the feel of an old family farm and enough attractions to keep your kids busy for hours!
Our family visited over the weekend to check it out and could not have had more fun! The farm sits right next to the river in West Sacramento, very close to Clarksburg. It is the perfect size pumpkin patch as it is packed with things to do but all in close proximity. We did not know where to start! The kids were anxious to try everything. They wore themselves out running through the Hay Maze, jumping on the Hay Bounce, climbing up the Hay Stack and sliding down the Super Slide. We relaxed on the tractor-pulled Hay Ride where we watched the Punkin’ Chunkin (you’ll have to go to find out what this is!) and wandered through the Sunflower Trail. The kids rode ponies, played carnival games, and got balloon creations from Dilly-Dally the clown. What more could you ask for?
Dave’s Cornival Pass is the way to go. At just $8.50 per person, it includes: Unlimited Hay Rides, Kiddie Hay Maze, Jumping Pillow, Bunny Barn, Pig Races, Chickensville, Baby Goats, Pumpkin Princess City, Pumpkin Chunkin, and the Tractor Train.
2012 update: There are some new attractions at Dave’s this year! Jumping Pillow, Tractor Train, Pumpkin Princess City, tea-cup piglets, bunnies, and more!
