Fairytale Town is celebrating agriculture and the environment!
Have your kids ever seen wool spun into thread?
This Saturday at Fairytale Town’s Farms & Friends Go Green event, they’ll have the chance!
Arrive early and watch as Fairytale Town’s twin Babydoll sheep get sheared, then watch as the wool is spun into thread using an old fashioned spinning wheel.
Learn about conservation and easy ways to go green, participate in agriculture-themed hands-on activities, shop the mini farmer’s market, and visit with local area farms and organizations.
While you’re there, be sure to catch the puppet show, The Three Little Pigs playing in the Children’s Theater at 12:30pm, 1:30pm & 2:30pm!
