Marvel Universe Live Review

IT WAS A FIGHT FOR THE UNIVERSE…and it was AWESOME!

Marvel Universe Live has come to Sacramento! It’s playing at the Sleep Train Arena tonight through this Sunday, March 15, 2015. Favorite Marvel characters come to life in this live-action arena show.

Iron Man, Spiderman, Captain America and so many more of my boys’ favorite super heroes battled villains for the safety of the universe! We experienced the story unfold with cool stunts (both from the characters…AND motorcycles!), laser beams, colorful background projections, music, fire, explosions, and more!

The show was almost two hours long with a short intermission after the first half hour. When the story continued after intermission, my boys were literally on the edge of their seats!marvel universe live

Marvel fans, assemble! Marvel Universe LIVE! is taking the live entertainment experience to a whole new level, with a mind-blowing show unlike anything you’ve seen before. Watch your favorite Marvel Super Heroes, including Spider-Man, The Avengers – Iron Man, Hulk and more, and threatening villains come to life in an action-packed arena extravaganza, coming to cities around North America. You’ll definitely feel the energy with cutting-edge special effects, pyrotechnics, aerial stunts, martial arts, motorcycles and more. It’s being hailed as the most technically advanced live show ever. Join Marvel fans of all ages for this once-in-a-lifetime, monumental performance. The fate of the universe depends on it!

Marvel Universe Live had our attention from start to finish! We had such a fun time! Although I loved seeing Spiderman’s gymnastics, I have to say my favorite part of the night was when we were leaving the arena and my boys couldn’t stop talking about how AWESOME it was and recapping the coolest scenes!  This morning my six-year-old told me that yesterday was one of the most AWESOME (apparantly this is only word that fits!) days ever because “we got to go to the Marvel show!”.

My love for exploring and creating experiences with my three kids led to the founding of SacramentoSidetracks.com in 2009. I realized that Sacramento has so much to offer and I was excited to share my findings with other parents. Besides simply having fun, these are the other positive side effects of taking my kids on outings that I’ve discovered: we have quality time together away from the distractions at home, we cultivate our curiosity, learn new things, conversations are triggered by what we see and do, we connect and bond as a family, and we create new memories. Ready to get sidetracked, too? Let me be your guide!
