Meet The Cat in the Hat, Clifford and the Tooth Fairy!

First 5 Sacramento is holding their annual Children’s Celebration on Saturday at Fairytale Town and it’s going to be packed with fun!  Stop by between 10am and 4pm with at least one child age zero to five and get in for FREE!

First 5 says, “Research shows that a child’s brain develops most dramatically in the first five years and what parents and caregivers do during these years to support their child’s growth will have a meaningful impact throughout life.” Their goal is to offer valuable information about countywide programs and services from more than 60 community organizations, including free dental, vision and hearing screenings, the Library Wonder Wagon, the Smile Keepers mobile dental van and First 5 California Hands-On Health Express mobile van.

This exciting event will feature:

  • Tim the Piano Man
  • Library Wonder Wagon
  • Free Book Bags for Children 0 – 5
  • Police and Fire Vehicles
  • Giant Coloring Mural
  • Shrine Clowns
  • Galena Street East International Children’s Chorus
  • International children’s dance groups on the Mother Goose Stage
  • Free Snacks & Refreshments
