We have been lucky with such great weather this year. I can’t believe that I am still wearing my flip-flops! So before it gets too cold to do anything outside, take advantage and do some of these fun things with your kids. Some of these activities are even more enjoyable without the sun beating down on you!
1. Play at Fairytale Town.
2. Visit the animals at Sacramento Zoo or Folsom Zoo.
3. Hike at Cosumnes River Preserve or Effie Yeaw Nature Center.
4. Learn something new at Sutter’s Fort and the California State Indian Museum.
5. Go Miniature Golfing at Golfland Sunsplash or Scandia Family Fun Center.
6. Try horseback riding at Gibson Ranch.
7. Take a picnic to Mckinley Park and feed the ducks.
8. Go bike riding in Discovery Park.
9. Taste holiday pies on Apple Hill.
10. Visit the Sea Lions at Pier 39 in San Francisco.
